PROBLEM

The residual water on the rooftop produce various challenges to the building that demands further maintenances. This is due to the fact that the conventional isolation layer applied on the roof loses its characteristic and therefore will result the roof bed or the surface gets distorted. By distortion and the lost of the isolation characteristic will result of water leakage as well as the uneven flat surface. All these increase the cost of maintenance.
